By purchasing goods from Spencer & Fleetwood Limited you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all of the UK. For deliveries outside the UK please contact us.

Details of the order
The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us). Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing and you are based in the Delivery Area. The Goods that can be ordered via our Web Site are available for sale outside the United Kingdom.

Postage and Packaging is charged on all orders unless otherwise stated

*Payment terms

Strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed with financial director. Spencer & Fleetwood Ltd reserve the right to add 2% interest per month to overdue accounts.
*Delivery

Delivery dates are given in good faith. Spencer & Fleetwood Ltd cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for losses arising due to failure to meet such delivery dates.
Carriage
Carriage will be paid by Spencer & Fleetwood Ltd on all orders of Net Value £150 and over - UK Mainland Only.

Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the Goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.

Options to cancel
Spencer & Fleetwood Ltd reserve the right to charge for any work completed or materials purchased prior to receipt of cancellation of orders. Cancellation must be in writing.


Pricing,
Our items to you will be charged at the price displayed on the website. If however an item is priced incorrectly, we will inform you of the correct price before proceeding with the contract.

Claims

Spencer & Fleetwood Ltd must be notified of damage or incomplete consignments within 5 working days of receipt.

Matters out of our control
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English Courts.
